The Nephew's Visit: Day Four

Today started out with a great big trip to the zoo. I say big because there were eleven people in our group. There was Grandma Steph, Aunt Victoria, Uncle Ryan, Aunt Melissa, Will, Walker, Addie, Zoe and Zoe's two cousins (Adrian and Ciera).

Trottin' down the hill just after we got the wagon. And interestingly enough, Walks was the main wagon rider.

In front of the momma and baby Triceratops.

These dinosaurs were a hit with all of the kids because they both randomly spit.

The two brave kids who drank out of the lion's mouth were Will and Addie.

Checking out the monkeys.

They had a whole room (that I never knew existed!) with all sorts of fossils and dinosaur information.

Doesn't Will just look happy to be riding the horse?

Yee Haw!

Playing on the Elephant. These are also great views of the majority of our group.

Checkin' out the elephants. You can see baby Zuri in this pic.

Ryan & Zoe

Adrian, Ryan, Zoe, Will, Addie and me

Walker, where he was usually to be found, in the wagon.

Watching the elephant show

Addie decided that my hat was cuter on her.

And let's just be honest, it was cuter on her.

Everybody's just diggin' away!

Will with the T-Rex (do you see Addie climbing on the fence?)

Walks and the T-Rex, which they say is to scale

Walkin' on the wall

Playing by the fence singing her heart out. Can you guess what song? Yep, it was Pink Elephants.

Walker was not too thrilled to have Zoe join him in the wagon. He said she took up too much space.

L'il Wanderer

L'il Climber

Walks was never too particular about who pulled him. Believe it or not, Zoe really did pull him at least 100 ft.

Then Addie got in on the pulling action.

Will's on the kangaroo

Addie started out on the giraffe

Walks liked the fox

Eventually, Addie ended up on the zebra

Isn't Zoe so cute on the ladybug

The girls on their way to lunch

At lunch there was the boy's table

And the girl's table

What the kid's did while the adults finished their lunch

Hooray for the train ride!

For most the train ride Walker held onto my pants so that Zoe wouldn't fall out of the train

Addie did not want her picture taken

Fun at the playground

The boys took another train ride

On the way home the boys took turns reading to Addie. Talk about some wet and sweaty kids.

When we got home Addie and Will played with the Cars Squinkies

While Walks worked on the computer

Eventually all three of them got in on the Squinkie action

Walker was the only one who wanted to take Addie home, so we stopped off and got a Slurpee on the way back
