Grandpa's Funeral

This last week started Monday morning with my grandpa's funeral. We really didn't have a 'funeral,' we had a family viewing and a graveside service. We were at the cemetery and mortuary no longer than one hour for all of that. Afterwords everyone came back to our house for lunch. Then later on in the afternoon we went back over to the cemetery to see the flowers and grave. Then, Mom, Grandma and I went to Night at the Museum 2 at the dollar movies. It was great!

The Pallbearers were: Eric, Jess, Ryan, Jared,
Clayton, Charles Lee, Paul & Mark

My grandpa's bishop conducted at both the mortuary and cemetery.

Do you see the fish on the corners?

Jess, doing what he likes to do

Victoria sang a cappella the hymn: The Day Dawn is Breaking
That was the song he'd whistle all of the time.

Couldn't you just eat him up!?! I love this picture.

Will sat on his grandma's lap through the graveside service

Cute chicks: Victoria, Shell and Me

The mom and her girls: Victoria, Mom and me

This was taken later in the day. The only proof
I was there is the shadow on the ground.

And how lucky is grandpa? He gets to be buried next to Arrowsmith!
