California Trip Day 5

This morning the boys, mom and I headed off on an adventure. We were to start at the San Bernadino County Museum. When we got there however, we found out that they weren't open on Mondays. We decided to at least take a picture in front of it, to prove we really did make the effort.

So instead, we headed over to Walmart. We were mostly going to get batteries for the boys hex bugs. When we passed the toys however, the boys were each told they could buy $10 worth of whatever toys they wanted. So they each ended up getting a new bey blade and two hot wheels cars.

We then went over to Fiesta Village near the boys' home and had pizza at Nickelodeon's. Well, everyone except Will. He downed his yogurt though.

There also was an arcade there, so the boys talked their grandma into giving them some quarters to play.

Their favorite game was the Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine.

Walker told us about the pink pony, so we could leave without taking a picture of the boys on it!

There was also a DQ in Fiesta Village, so we stopped for dessert.

That afternoon we headed down to Huntington Beach. We were all amazed at how many doughnut shops we passed down there.

It was the perfect weather for the beach!

My brother did want to risk hurting his knee by going in the water, so he watched over the towels and stuff.

After a while the boys got bored, so we went searching for sea shells

Eric & Shell

Shell's parents met us for the hot dog roast up the beach. I've never had a campfire at the beach before.

No campfire is complete without smores!

What a great picture! Shell's dad is a photographer and took some really great pictures. This one and the ones below are all ones that he took.

This is one the best pictures of my mom and brother I've ever seen!
