Rocky Shores Preview Night

The night before the new exhibit at the zoo opened up, they had a preview for all of the people who had a zoo booster pass. We took Addie to enjoy in the festivities.

There was free face painting

The great thing about this event was that the zoo was relatively crowd free everywhere, besides the new exhibit.

There is usually such a crowd around this elephant, but when we passed by it was just us. And I decided to take a picture in front of the elephant's trunk. I really should have known better! I was totally sprayed in the face!
