Mini Donuts!!!
We saw an ad in the Macy's catalog a couple of weeks back for a mini donut maker. It wasn't on sale until last week. We bought two and made six dozen mini donuts. They were delicious! No, we didn't eat them all (unlike the time in Seattle when Mom and I polished off four dozen mini donuts. We did try to save some for Victoria, but you snooze you lose!). We gave some to my siblings. They went too quickly. I can't wait to make some more!

You just grease the pan. It reminds me a lot of making waffles.
